If you wish to report an administrator, please create a thread with the following format.

Code:
[b]Admin Name[/b]
[b]Time[/b]
[b]Reason[/b]
[b]Evidence[/b]

Only the reported administrator and management can reply to the thread, any other party that posts and is not involved will be muted for a week.
